The Change Manager's Handbook helps Change Manager's understand and apply the principles of change management in their organisation. It is packed with practical tools, underpinning theory, and best practise. This book is the core text for the APMG Change Management certification endorsed by the Change Management Institute. Chapters 4 -7 cover the syllabus topics for the Foundation exam. Chapters 4 -12 cover the syllabus topics for the Practitioner exam.

To earn your Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International, you will need to study this e-learning and achieve a passing mark for the Change Management Foundation exam.
Exam Format
- Objective testing
- 2 questions each worth 20 marks
- 20 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) – 50%
- 1.5 hours (90 mins) duration
- Restricted open book – The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used in the exam.

Once you're consistently achieving a high score, you'll be ready to book your exam either through us or as a private candidate.
