IOSH Managing Safely Refresher Course in Manchester
This 1-day IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is aimed specifically at those people who have passed the IOSH Managing Safely certificate before. The certificate must be renewed no later than every 3 years by sitting the refresher course.
Training Objectives
The objective of this course is to update and renew the knowledge and issues discussed in the IOSH Managing Safely course. The course is delivered through presentation, videos and exercises.
Who Should Attend the IOSH Managing Safely Refresher Course?
Delegates who have already successfully obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certificate in the last 3 years should attend this course.

This course is delivered in a traditional classroom setting in Manchester, Greater Manchester, M17 1AY).

- Refreshing that knowledge

- Putting current managing safely into practice
- Applying the Management System
Assessment & Certification
At the conclusion of the course delegates will undertake a short multiple assessment of 20 questions; the delegate must score at least 20 out of 32 (there may be more than one option per question that is correct). In the unlikely event that you fail the test, you will be offered the chance to retake the test on the day. The course tutor will mark all papers; IOSH will also request a sample of papers to review.
The delegates will not be required to do a post-course project, which was required in the original Managing Safely course. Delegates who have been successful will be provided with an IOSH certificate to renew their qualification on the day. All certificates are officially numbered and signed by IOSH.
