Our 2 Day Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace is delivered to you by a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council brining 14 year's experience to the team. This course will provide you with a greater understanding of common Mental Health issues, as well as how best to support and guide someone to professional help.

  • Understanding Mental Health and its Importance
  • The Roles and Responsibilities for Mental Health in the Workplace
  • Importance of Own Wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aider
  • Common Mental Health conditions including: Work-related Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Suicide
  • Promoting positive Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace
  • Procedures to support employees who are off work whilst experiencing poor Mental Health
  • Types of support available both locally and nationally

This course is designed to ensure the delegate gains a qualification as a Mental Health First Aider.

Our Mental Heath training is delivered by a Health and Care professions Council Registered Occupational Therapist, available to support the training needs of your team through the delivery of the Qualsafe accredited, Ofqual Registered qualifications.
