PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be applied regardless of project scale, type, organisation, geography or culture. It is an integrated framework of processes and themes which address the planning, delegation, monitoring and control of the aspects of project performance involved in any project such as: costs, timescales, quality etc. PRINCE2® 7 is the recently updated edition, modernising certain elements such as Change Management, Soft Skills, the project office, data and sustainability. This also opens up the approach to make ‘PRINCE2® for everyone’ with easily applied scenarios and simple to understand language.

The Practitioner level aims to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.
Advanced level for those who are foundation level qualified and wish to advance their certification and experience and apply the lessons learned to their own projects and organisation. As follows:

- How to apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2® practices in context.
- How to apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2® processes in context.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner course explores practical application of the PRINCE2® method with real-world scenarios.

Practitioner Level: Recertification after 3 years
- Format: Objective testing open book PRINCE2 official manual.
- Question numbers: 70 questions.
- Time: 2.5 hours
- Pass mark: 60% (an increase on 6th edition).
