What is the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and Practitioner Course?
This accredited PRINCE2® 7 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner course helps you get qualified and become immediately productive as a member of a project environment.
This course prepares you for an internationally recognised qualification in PRINCE2® Project Management, a best practice for Project Management.

PRINCE2 7 Foundation
The Foundation level aims to confirm that you know and understand the PRINCE2 method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 7 Practitioner
The Practitioner level aims to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.
This package is accredited for and covers both Foundation and Practitioner level study and qualification.

This online PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation and Practitioner course is aimed at project managers, aspiring project managers and anyone who manages projects. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including:
Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers/staff.
This is an accredited course eligible for CPDs/PDUs and prepares you for a qualification in PRINCE2® Project Management

Course Duration
To complete the Introduction level competency, we recommend about 5 hours for learning and reflection. 20 hours for Foundation level and about 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the e-learning, reference to the manual and other support documents and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete this learning.
Examination & Certification
The official online PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exam is included within this package, to help you achieve your PRINCE2 registered status.
Prerequisites
Familiarity with projects and Project management is useful but not essential.

The learning application is based on HTML5 technologies and therefore the latest version of Web Browser is a pre-requisite ( Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11). These products can be downloaded free of charge.
Video & Audio Playing capabilities (codecs), recent PDF Reader & JavaScript enabled, Headphones/Speakers.
The system should include the latest updates & service packs and have at least 1GB free hard disk space.
Whilst the learning application might work on smaller screens and devices that support HTML5 technologies, the learning application is best viewed on a desktop, laptop or a tablet.
