CITB SMSTS Refresher Course in Wolverhampton

The CITB SMSTS Refresher is a two-day course for site managers who already hold a valid SMSTS certificate and need to renew it. It updates delegates on changes to legislation and industry practice since their original course.

Eligibility

You must hold a current SMSTS certificate that has not yet expired. Once an SMSTS certificate has lapsed you are no longer eligible for the refresher and must sit the full five-day course again, so book before your expiry date rather than after it.

Assessment and Certification

Assessment is by written examination and a core knowledge test. Successful delegates receive a renewed CITB Site Safety Plus SMSTS certificate valid for a further five years.

All you need to complete our e-learning courses is a computer, tablet or smartphone, an internet connection and Zoom.

To attend a remote online course delegates must have access to a computer, laptop, tablet or phone that uses a microphone and webcam.

E-learning is flexible, efficient, and cost-effective, meaning you can progress through the modules at your own pace, at your own time to fit the training in around your work and personal life.

Short online courses also help employers to demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal duties to ensure their personnel have been adequately trained.

Once the courses have been completed, a confirmation of results can be saved or printed as evidence. This can then be kept on record as evidence of suitable training.
